Carry out masonry repairs to all areas of stonework decayed Copings, Balustrading, Parapets, Cornice, Stringcourse, Windows and Clock Tower.

Brief History of Building: It was built in 1882 with red brick facings and Red Mansfield stone and sits in a prime position facing directly on to the river. The façade has suffered badly over the years due to the harsh salt air. Major restoration began in December 2007.
