Fairhaven Stone have constructed and installed a new Portico at the new National Horse Racing Museum (Palace House Stables) in Newmarket. Our stonemasons also carried out stone flooring repairs & replacements as well as repairing and DOFF cleaning the monumental Fountain which stands in the Rothschild’s yard.
The monument was completed in December 2014 and is dedicated to the British servicemen and women who served in the Korean War between 1950 and 1953.
In 2008 the life of the Queen Mother was celebrated with the creation of a new memorial designed by Donald Buttress which incorporated and re-modelled that already existing to George VI.
The creation of the new marble fountain for Kenilworth Castle was part of a larger project undertaken by English Heritage to restore Queen Elizabeth I’s Privy Garden.
